What You’ll Do:

As a Loan Officer, you’ll be the friendly expert who helps clients understand their options, secure financing, and close on the homes of their dreams. You’ll manage the loan process from application through closing, building strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Educate borrowers about loan programs and guide them through the mortgage process
• Analyze financial documents to determine appropriate loan options
• Collect and review required documentation from clients
• Work closely with processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure timely approvals
• Cultivate referral relationships with real estate professionals and other partners
• Stay up to date with lending regulations, market trends, and product guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all company and legal standards

What You Bring to the Table:

• NMLS license in good standing
• Prior experience as a loan officer, mortgage banker, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products and underwriting criteria
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals
• Ability to manage multiple files with accuracy and speed
• Tech-savviness with loan origination systems and CRM tools
